Bautagebuch mobile

The "Bautagebuch Mobile" application allows for the comprehensive documentation of construction daily reports, with no limit on the number of reports (for example, one report per day). This enables detailed project tracking over extended periods.

The app captures a broad range of information pertinent to construction projects, including:

• Client, site manager, and safety coordinator
• Construction project details
• Weather conditions (including cloud cover, precipitation, wind, temperature, and humidity)
• Participants involved in site inspections
• Individuals present on-site
• Daily work performance
• Construction status updates
• Inspection approvals
• Deviations from plans
• Defects identified
• Instructions given
• Plans (with designation, plan number, receipt date, plan status, component, and location)
• Construction materials
• Use of heavy machinery
• Other relevant notes
• Construction meetings

Within most categories, users can add multiple entries per report, and photographs can be attached to each category for comprehensive documentation.

The weather data can be retrieved via internet queries based on the current device location, ensuring accurate and timely information.

The application includes a contact management feature where users can maintain a contact list and import contacts directly from the device's address book.

The "Bautagebuch Mobile" can synchronize with our Windows-based construction diary software (version 2014 or higher). Supported interfaces include:

• Wi-Fi synchronization with the Windows application
• Dropbox synchronization

An optional add-on is available to enable exporting reports or category data as PDF or HTML files directly via email. This feature is included free of charge for users with the Windows version.

Permissions Overview

• Precise Location: Used to accurately retrieve weather data based on current device position.
• Read Contacts: Allows importing selected contacts into the app's internal contact list. Only contacts explicitly chosen by the user are accessed.
• Edit/Delete Storage: Images are saved to external storage (e.g., SD card) if available. The app accesses only its dedicated external data directory.
• Full Network Access: Used solely for data transfer during synchronization processes; connections are not managed by the app but are used as existing.
• View Wi-Fi/Network Connections: Checks for active network or internet connections before executing functions that require them.
